You retain ownership of recordings and transcripts you create. We process your audio recordings to provide AI-powered transcription and note-taking features. We do not share your recordings with third parties except as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining necessary consent from all parties being recorded, in compliance with applicable laws.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted recording or transcription access. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Usage Limits

Free tier accounts are subject to monthly recording session limits and maximum session duration restrictions. Premium accounts receive expanded limits as outlined in our pricing page. We reserve the right to enforce fair use policies to ensure service quality for all users.

8. Limitation of Liability

TrevaTutor Recorder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months. We are not responsible for transcription accuracy or any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and we may delete your account, recordings, and associated data according to our data retention policies.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or service notifications. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
